Policy
AIMP8 responds to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act notices and equivalent reports in other jurisdictions. We do not operate YouTube or other platform downloaders.
What to include
Identify the copyrighted work, the infringing job/file/result URL or job ID, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
Takedown action
Valid reports may result in immediate disabling of access, deletion of temporary objects, job cancellation, account restriction and retention of evidence required to resolve abuse.
Counter-notice
If content was removed by mistake or misidentification, provide the job ID, source ownership evidence, contact details and consent to local jurisdiction. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
